About Me
Welcome! My name is Caitlin and I am really glad you are here. I am excited to meet you and hope to get to know you!!
My husband, Kurt and I proud parents of two wonderful children, a girl and a boy. We own about 20 acres of land in Northeastern PA, and along with our dog, Rayne (“Rain”), and our cat! We are loving life in the boonies and everything that goes with it.
When I am not crocheting I love to read, hike, kayak, snowshoe and ski… really any excuse to be outside will do 🌞🌺🌳
In the future I would love to grow into other yarn craft options like Tunisian crochet, knitting, and spinning my own yarn.
About My Creations
I am here to spread the creativity!! If you love to be creative, especially with yarn and hooks, you are in the right place 🙂 I learned to crochet from my Grandma almost 2 decades ago! I have since built on the strong foundation she gave me by learning everything I can about this amazing craft.
Crochet is such a wonderful creative outlet and there are numerous benefits you can get from learning this skill. Whether you are just starting out or have been crocheting for years, there is something here for you!
I post my own crochet patterns and projects for mostly beginner and easy skill levels. I include themed pattern round ups and fun crochet related DIY activities. I also am actively working on building a collection of tutorials for various beginner and easy crochet stitches.
Please don’t look for a recurring theme in the patterns or posts, for the moment, I am jumping around trying to find the things that I like to write about best and that you all seem to like reading about best! Leave me a comment for some suggestions of things you’d like to see in the future!
