The bumpy texture from this face scrubby crochet pattern is the perfect way to exfoliate your face. My bumpy face scrubby also features a handle to make it easy to scrub with the pad on your hand and a loop to hang the face scrubby. This beginner level pattern is easy and quick so if you’re looking for your next small project, look no further… just read on…
Face Scrubby Inspiration
The idea for this face scrubby crochet pattern came to me when I was working up my 3D Daisy Square Pattern. The center of the daisy is made in a similar way as the pad of this face scrubby. The alternating single crochet and treble crochet stitches can be a bit odd to work with at first, but I promise if you stick with it and look for your next stitch, you will get the hang of it in no time!

Yarn Matters…
When choosing yarn for this pattern, I highly recommend going with cotton yarn. It is better to use as a scrubber for your face, and is very machine washable. Make a few of them so you can be washing some and still have a cotton face scrubby to use in the shower!
Don’t Skip The Loop!
It is also a good idea to have a place to hang the scrubby when it isn’t being used, especially so it has a chance to dry out. Hanging this face scrubby to let it fully dry between uses will keep it cleaner and fresher for longer, and is the main reason I included the loop in this pattern. So don’t skip the loop!

Pattern Notes
This pattern is worked in the round for rows 1 through row 6 while you are working the pad of the face scrubby. Rows 7 – 18 are worked flat, back and forth and make up the handle of the face scrubby crochet pattern.
Rows are worked continuously, do not join at the end of each row.
I suggest using a stitch marker to keep track of the end of each row. Move the stitch marker up as you complete each row.
